Previous work experience: 4 years of experience in hardcore Accounting and Finance. Before UC, he worked as Associate Consultant with Ujwal Management Services Pvt. Ltd.

Education: MBA with Finance specialisation from PESITM College, Shivamogga

Front Office Executive

Harshika Srivastava is a seasoned HR professional, she comes with 14+ years of experience in HR. She brings holistic experience of HR including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Talent Management, and Performance Management. Her last stint was with Western Capital which was a NBFC, she played a crucial role in establishing & implementing the HR policies being a part of the initial set-up. She has also worked with Credit Sudhaar and Titan Company Ltd where she has got a multi facet exposure of HR function.

She holds a degree of Masters in Human Resources & Industrial Relations from University of Lucknow.

Likhitha joined Unitus Capital in November 2025, bringing 2.7 years of professional experience in Accounting and Compliance. Prior to this, she worked as an Accounts Executive at Verbinden Communication Pvt. Ltd., where she handled Accounts Payable and Receivable, Invoice Processing, Statutory Compliances (including GST, TDS, PF, and PT), and Bookkeeping.

She has done M.Com from the Department of P.G. Studies and Research in Commerce, Kuvempu University, Jnana Sahyadri, Shankaraghatta, Shivamogga.

In her personal time, Likhitha pursues interests in drawing, gardening, and yoga.

Nitesh joined Unitus Capital as an Assistant Manager – Finance, bringing several years of experience in accounting, operations, and compliance. Prior to joining Unitus Capital, he has worked with multiple private limited companies, including Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs).

He holds a M.Com degree in Finance.

In his free time, he likes listening to music & reading books.

Patricia has been associated with Unitus Capital for the past 10 years. She manages the day-to-day functioning of the office, organizing training, handling travel accommodations, updating admin and HR policies, managing stationary procurement, and so on. Prior to joining Unitus Capital, she was associated with AMD Far East Ltd as an admin manager, providing administrative support, raising purchase orders, and processing invoices.

Patricia has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Mount Carmel, Bengaluru, and an MBA degree from St. Joseph’s College, Bengaluru.

Rajendra joined Unitus Capital in November 2025 with 6 years of experience in Finance, Compliance and fund accounting operations. Prior to joining Unitus Capital, Worked with Vishwaksena Consulting LLP as an associate where he handled the fund accounting operations and compliance for Cat II AIF clients. Rajendra is a semi qualified CMA and has done M.COM from Mumbai University. His other interests are travelling and reading books.

Sachin has 4.75 years of experience in the field of Accounting and Finance stream. Before UC he has worked as Senior Associate with Vistra Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd. where he was taking care of End-to-End Accounts, Payroll and compliance for the clients, he has done B.com from Mangalore University and Masters from VTU, Belgaum.

His interests include Swimming, travel and food.

“Sanya joined Unitus Capital in March 2025 as an Investment Operations Analyst. She has over an year of experience in VC fund operations, portfolio management, investor reporting, and investor relations. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Delhi University, is a qualified Company Secretary, and a CFA Level 2 candidate.

Previous Experience: Good Capital ($100mn AUM fund)
