Balaji is a commerce graduate with an MBA in Agri-Business Management from MANAGE, Hyderabad. Has over 3 years of experience across financial consulting, Agricultural finance and ESG domains, has enabled multi-stakeholder partnerships with International Development Financial Institutions (DFIs) to bring in high impact debt capital to the tune of USD 50 million benefiting the stakeholders in Agri Value Chains and Small holder farmers.

He has supported Impact Investing through delivery and implementation of One of India’s first agriculture Green bonds for globally recognized thematic interventions in areas of sustainable agriculture, and climate smart Agri-value chains. Before Unitus, he was earlier with Samunnati and PWC.

His interests include Table Tennis and Japanese Manga.

Darshan joined as an Associate for the Debt team at Unitus Capital in Oct-2024. His experience includes real estate advisory, investment management and asset management at The Restack, where he raised over INR 750 Crores ($9.4 Mn) in senior secured credit. As part of the founding team, he played a pivotal role in building the platform and developing marketing and distribution channels.

Additionally, his CA articleship at Suresh & Co. in audit, assurance and regulatory compliance provided him with a strong foundation in financial reporting, corporate taxes and regulations such as Companies Act, FEMA and RBI guidelines.

Darshan is a qualified Chartered Accountant, and his hobbies include playing cricket and badminton.

Ishita joined Unitus Capital in January 2022. She has 2+ years of experience in investment banking. Before joining Unitus Capital, she was working with a boutique investment bank focusing on real estate and MSME businesses. At Unitus, she is a part of the debt team and plays a key role in executing debt mandates.

She is a CA.

Pawan is a seasoned finance leader with over 10 years of expertise in Corporate Finance, Debt Syndication, and Project Financing across diverse industries such as Infrastructure, Renewable Energy, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Hospitality and Real Estate. Previously he held the Vice President role at Resurgent India, spearheading funding strategies for major projects and fostering strong relationships with clients, Banks and Financial Institutions.

Pawan is adept at structuring and negotiating complex debt syndication transactions, working with multiple financial institutions to secure competitive financing terms, and executing large-scale funding initiatives. He has worked on projects involving Green-Field Funding, Refinancing, Restructuring and Forensic Audit.

Rima has 11+ years of experience with Bank of Baroda in Corporate credit, Transaction Banking, Resource mobilization in India and the Middle East. There, she specialized in Real Estate, Manufacturing entities, Structuring deals. She carries deep sectoral knowledge on various banking operations and potent network across geographies and functions.

At Unitus, Rima is responsible for tracking financial services and structured product advisory.

She is a certified associate of IIB&F- CAIIB; Post Graduate Diploma in Finance; Bachelor of Commerce.
