Adarsha is responsible for the accounts and compliance at Unitus.

Previous work experience: 4 years of experience in hardcore Accounting and Finance. Before UC, he worked as Associate Consultant with Ujwal Management Services Pvt. Ltd.

Education: MBA with Finance specialisation from PESITM College, Shivamogga

Ajay joined Unitus Capital in March 2021 with 5 years of experience in Accounting, and Compliance. Prior to joining Unitus Capital, he worked as Accounts executive with Resolve Biz Services Pvt. Ltd. where he was handling accounting and compliance for a client. Now at UC, he is taking care of Accounts and Compliance for the company. Ajay holds  MBA from GITAM University , Bangalore.

Front Office Executive

Harshika Srivastava is a seasoned HR professional, she comes with 10 years of experience in HR. She brings holistic experience of HR including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Talent Management, and Performance Management. Her last stint was with Western Capital which was a NBFC, she played a crucial role in establishing & implementing the HR policies being a part of the initial set-up. She has also worked with Credit Sudhaar and Titan Company Ltd where she has got a multi facet exposure of HR function.

She holds a degree of Masters in Human Resources & Industrial Relations from University of Lucknow.

Patricia has been associated with Unitus Capital for the past 10 years. She manages the day-to-day functioning of the office, organizing training, handling travel accommodations, updating admin and HR policies, managing stationary procurement, and so on. Prior to joining Unitus Capital, she was associated with AMD Far East Ltd as an admin manager, providing administrative support, raising purchase orders, and processing invoices.

Patricia has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Mount Carmel, Bengaluru, and an MBA degree from St. Joseph’s College, Bengaluru.

Sandeep is the Company Secretary and Accounts Manager at Unitus

Previous work experience: Before Joining Unitus, he worked with Oriplast Ltd., a PVC manufacturing company in Kolkata, as an Assistant Company Secretary. He has also worked with Super Smelters Ltd., a TMT Bar making Company.

Education: Sandeep holds a Bachelor’s degree in commerce from Calcutta University. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and has also passed Chartered Accountants Intermediate Programme.
