At Unitus, Aditya is assisting in building the EdTech/Human Capital and Consumer Fintech practice. He works closely with entrepreneurs and the investor community to bridge the capital gap and delivering impact to the broader society.

Previous work experience: Singapore Angel Network, Faber Capital with buy-side and sell-side experience across Indian, African and Southeast Asian markets

Education: Aditya holds a Bachelors in Commerce from Delhi University and MSc in Finance from ESADE Business School, Spain

Advait joined Unitus Capital as an Analyst in 2025. Prior to this, he worked as an Analyst at TresVista Analytics, where worked with a NASDAQ-listed fintech company and U.S.-based private equity and private debt firms across healthcare, fintech, and biotech, contributing to industry research, deal origination, and financial analysis. He also helped a U.S.-based BioTech startup raise $1.5 million in seed funding by developing a GTM strategy and pitch deck.

Advait has a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with a specialization in Banking and Finance from Symbiosis College, Pune. Outside of work, Advait is an avid trekker, enjoys exploring new cuisines, follows developments in the Indian consumer and healthcare sector, and has a keen interest in the watch industry.

Albert joined Unitus in September 2023 as an Associate and has 6+ years of experience in Deal Advisory and Investment Banking. Previously he worked in a boutique investment bank based out of Bangalore where he worked on deal executions. He has looked into sectors such F&B, Healthcare, SaaS and Consumer in his previous roles. He loves playing football and spends his spare time watching movies.

Albert is a CFA Charteholder

Arsalaan joined Unitus Capital as an Analyst in January 2022. Prior to this, he worked 4+ years at TresVista Financial Services (Mumbai) where he was assisting the deal team of a global private equity in their investment evaluations. Prior to this, he has also interned at Zone Startups India Fund (Mumbai).

Arsalaan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with majors in Financial Accounting & Auditing and has cleared CFA Level 1.

“Devharsh, a Chartered Accountant, joined the Equity team at Unitus Capital in June 2023. His experience includes work in the audit and assurance services practice at PwC, contributing to multiple sectors. He then worked at Klub, a Sequoia-backed revenue-based financing startup, where as an Investment Associate, assisted D2C and e-commerce companies raise debt.

Devharsh has a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with a specialization in Finance from Christ University. His interests encompass reading, gaming, and a keen focus on technology and entrepreneurship.”

Harshit is an Associate with the Equity team at Unitus Capital, based in Mumbai, with over four years of experience since joining the firm in 2022. He has been actively involved in deal execution across multiple sectors, including financial services, climate, and consumer.

Prior to Unitus Capital, Harshit spent two years at Axis Bank Ltd. as a Credit Analyst, where he evaluated creditworthiness for fund and non-fund-based facilities for corporate clients across industries such as automotive, infrastructure, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing.

Harshit is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary (AIR-15), has cleared all three levels of the CFA Program and holds a graduate degree in finance and accountancy.
Outside of work, he enjoys playing cricket and never misses the thrill of watching high-profile matches live from the stands.

Khush has over 3 years of experience in investment banking having joined Unitus Capital in March 2023 as an intern. He is part of the equity team, with experience across housing and MSME finance, edtech, and consumer sectors.

He has cleared all three levels of the CFA program and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from St. Joseph’s College of Commerce.

Khush loves playing cricket and has participated in U-14, U-16, and U-19 KSCA interzonal tournaments. He is a fitness enthusiast with a strong interest in stock market analysis.

Manasa joined Unitus Capital in 2025 as part of the Equity team. Prior to this, she was with CRED, where she led strategic finance initiatives spanning treasury management, corporate planning, and cross-functional projects to strengthen operational and financial efficiency. She also played a key role in shaping financial processes and driving strategic decision-making for new business initiatives.

A Chartered Accountant by qualification and Mount Carmel College alumna, Manasa enjoys travelling, hosting events, and pursuing her passion for music as a classical vocalist with over 15 years of performance experience

Nikesh joined Unitus in 2022 and has over 16 years of experience in Investment Banking, spanning Private Equity, M&A, and Merchant Banking. He has led and advised transactions across diverse sectors such as Financial Services, Electric Mobility, Healthcare, and Agriculture.

Prior to Unitus, he has worked with Intellecap Advisory (an Aavishkaar Group Company) and CapitalSquare wherein he assisted small to mid-corporates to raise equity rounds from institutional investors (Private Equity, Venture Capitalists, Impact Funds, DFIs, Sovereign Funds). Prior to this, he has worked with Intensive Fiscal Services (Merchant Bank) wherein he managed Open Offers, Valuations, Due Diligence and Private Equity Assignments.

Nikesh has done his MBA from NL Dalmia Institute and Bachelors of Management and Studies from Jai Hind College, Mumbai

Nimisha is part of Unitus Capital’s Equity advisory team, where she focuses on transaction execution, investor engagement, financial analysis, and preparation of investment collateral for growth-stage companies.

Sector Coverage & Expertise: Financial Services (Affordable Housing, NBFCs), AgriTech and Climate.

Prior Experience: Nimisha previously worked with Edelweiss Wealth Management on a project centered on behavioural finance and was selected for the CFA Institute’s inaugural Young Women Investment Program, designed to nurture future investment professionals.

Education: MBA (Finance), NMIMS Bangalore; BA (Hons) Economics, Delhi University.

Interests: Trained Kathak and contemporary dancer; passionate about photography.

Prerak joined Unitus in May 2023 and has 16+ years of experience in Investment banking and corporate strategy. He has worked across sectors including healthtech, fintech, consumer and distribution.

He has previously worked with Panini Advisors, YouFirst, Reliance Capital, Edelweiss and JP Morgan. Through his career he has worked on coverage, fundraising, M&A and corporate strategy.

Prerak is a Chartered Accountant.

Rohan joined Unitus Capital as an Analyst in July 2025. Prior to this, he worked at a boutique investment bank based in Mumbai, where he focused on renewable energy transactions. Before that, he was with ICICI Bank in their Wealth Management division, supporting clients with customized financial solutions.

Rohan holds a bachelor’s degree in financial markets and has cleared CFA Level 2. He enjoys playing and watching basketball, has had the opportunity to represent Mumbai, and holds interest in astrophysics & history.

Shainky has 10+ years of experience in investment banking and advisory services across sectors. Working closely with entrepreneurs, he executes capital raising goals across sectors and brings onboard like-minded investors.

Previous work experience: Deloitte Corporate Finance, HSBC Investment Banking

Education: MBA from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) Delhi and B.Tech from Malaviya National Institute of Technology (MNIT) Jaipur.

Simran joined as an Analyst for the equity team in January ’2023. Prior to this she has a 3-year work experience in the banking sector, working at Northern Trust within their treasury department. She helped the bank model its balance sheet for several stress scenarios to optimize return on capital and manage liquidity.

She has completed all three levels of CFA. And graduated from Christ University with a degree in Bachelor of Business Administration (Honors), specializing in finance. In her free time, she loves to travel and try out new cuisines.

Sravani assists in building the Agritech and Vehicle Finance practice at Unitus Capital. She has worked across sectors including financial inclusion, agritech, fintech, MSME finance and jobtech. She works closely with entrepreneurs and investors to bring meaningful capital to impactful companies.

Previous experiences: She has 5+ years of experience in investment banking. Worked at Rabobank – M&A team, working closely with companies in the food & agriculture space.

Education: MBA from IIM, Ahmedabad. MS in Biology from IISER, Pune.

Joined Unitus Capital in July 2019, 4+years of experience in IT. Prior to Unitus, he has worked as an IT Executive with LDS Infotech, where he was handling IT & Networking support forvarious clients.

Sushant leads the business developments efforts as well as does equity fundraises/M&A.

Sector coverage and expertise: 13+ years of experience in investment banking/advisory space. He tracks Fintech and Tech sectors at UC and has closed fundraises for Olyv, Zype, Pahal (3), Mahaveer, UCIC, Disprz, Saija, SAVE, SMECorner, Toffee, MoneyView and LoanFrame.

Previous work experience: Worked with Goldman Sachs, TresVista and Accenture.

Education: MBA from SP Jain School of Global Management and BE from Vivesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi. CFA Level 1.
Interests: Board gaming, badminton, swimming, cycling, travel and food.

Trishna joined Unitus Capital as a Fellow. She brings prior experience in transaction advisory, where she supported buy-side and sell-side mandates with financial due diligence, valuation, and regulatory analysis across sectors including fintech, logistics and hospitality.

She holds a B.Com (Hons.) from O.P. Jindal Global University and is an ACCA Affiliate, with specialisation in financial management, audit, and reporting standards such as Ind-AS and IFRS.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading, staying active, and singing – she is trained in vocal music and continues to explore music as a creative pursuit.

Umesh joined the Equity team at Unitus as a second-year Analyst in July 2025. Prior to this, he was part of the Corporate Finance team within the Investment Banking division at Wells Fargo, where he collaborated closely with Managing Directors and Vice Presidents. His role involved advising clients on key financial strategies including capital allocation, leverage management, and liquidity optimization.

Umesh is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds the distinction of being the Youngest CA in India. He also holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Tiruchirappalli (IIM Trichy), where he was named to the Director’s Merit List for academic excellence. Additionally, he has cleared CFA Level I.
Outside of work, Umesh enjoys playing and watching cricket, and occasionally cooks his favourite Rajasthani dish – Dal Baati.
