Aman joined Unitus as an Associate on the Debt team in May 2026. He brings 2 years of experience in Investment Banking, having worked on transactions across agrochemicals, manufacturing and IT. Prior to that, he worked on the deal sourcing team of an LMM private equity firm.

He has cleared 2 levels of the CFA exam and holds a BBA degree from Symbiosis Pune. He enjoys watching F1 and basketball.

Chittatosh has over a decade of experience across banks, NBFCs, and funds in structured credit, corporate credit, and financial institutions lending. He specialises in originating, underwriting, and closing structured debt transactions for MFIs, NBFCs, and fintech companies, and in building a diversified portfolio of active counterparties. He has deep sectoral knowledge in financial inclusion, climate finance, and WASH lending, along with a strong network across MFIs, NBFCs, and DFIs in India.

At Unitus Capital, he is part of the Financial Services Debt investment banking vertical.

He holds an M.Sc. in Finance from JBIMS and a Bachelor of Commerce from HR College, University of Mumbai.

Ishita joined Unitus Capital in January 2022. She has 2+ years of experience in investment banking. Before joining Unitus Capital, she was working with a boutique investment bank focusing on real estate and MSME businesses. At Unitus, she is a part of the debt team and plays a key role in executing debt mandates.

She is a CA.

Krishna is a finance professional with experience across M&A – Commercial Due Diligence, Strategy Consulting, and Investment Banking.

Prior to Unitus, Krishna worked with Monitor Deloitte and PwC India, advising private equity funds and corporates across renewable energy, consumer, financial services, education, and infrastructure. Earlier, he worked in investment banking at Eos Capital Advisors, focusing on infrastructure and project finance.

He holds a BBA – Financial Investment Analysis from Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies, University of Delhi.

Rima has 11+ years of experience with Bank of Baroda in Corporate credit, Transaction Banking, Resource mobilization in India and the Middle East. There, she specialized in Real Estate, Manufacturing entities, Structuring deals. She carries deep sectoral knowledge on various banking operations and potent network across geographies and functions.

At Unitus, Rima is responsible for tracking financial services and structured product advisory.

She is a certified associate of IIB&F- CAIIB; Post Graduate Diploma in Finance; Bachelor of Commerce.

Siddharth Jain has about 8 years of experience in debt fundraising, deal structuring, and investor relations across NBFCs and advisory firms. He has executed term loan, NCD, and PTC transactions with a wide base of institutional lenders, primarily focused on financial inclusion and MSME financing. He holds a PGDM in Finance & Banking and is passionate about expanding capital access for underserved segments.

Vaibhav is an investment banking professional with over three years of experience across diverse sectors and geographies. His expertise spans project finance, debt syndication, and M&A advisory. He graduated with a Bachelor of Management Studies (Finance) from Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies (SSCBS), University of Delhi.
