Richa has over 15 years of experience in investment banking and advisory services across Unitus Capital, Deloitte and Ernst & Young. Prior to Unitus Capital, she was part of the business valuation practice at Deloitte in the US where she worked on valuations of businesses and intangible assets. Before Deloitte, Richa worked with the Corporate Finance practice of E&Y in India.

Richa holds an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh with a specialization in Finance and Operations and has a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Bangalore University.
