Her last stint was with Western Capital which was a NBFC, she played a crucial role in establishing & implementing the HR policies being a part of the initial set-up. She has also worked with Credit Sudhaar and Titan Company Ltd where she has got a multi facet exposure of HR function.
She holds a degree of Masters in Human Resources & Industrial Relations from University of Lucknow.
