By Early September, RBI came out with “Master Directions” for Priority Sector Lending (PSL) as an update from the previous guidelines issued in 2015. The document contains revised aspects of each of the 8 sectors that fall under PSL. Unitus is presenting a memo analysing the changes and draw a comparison between the 2015 and 2020 guidelines.
