Sanjiv Misra
Sanjiv is currently Managing Director at Phoenix Advisers and Senior Adviser to TC Capital, a Singapore based boutique investment banking firm. Previously, Sanjiv spent eleven years at Citigroup, most recently as Head of Asia Pacific Corporate Bank (APCB) from June 2004 to May 2008. Prior to this position, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Citigroup's Global Corporate and Investment Banking Group (GCIB) in Singapore and Brunei, Citigroup Country Officer for Singapore, Head of Asia Pacific Investment Banking and Head of Equity Capital Markets for Asia-Pacific.
Prior to joining Salomon Brothers, Sanjiv spent over ten years in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs & Co, in New York, Hong Kong and Singapore in various positions including as a member of the Financial Institutions Group, COO for the Investment Banking Division in Asia Pacific and Head of India. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from St. Stephen's College, Delhi University, a PGDM from IIM A and a Masters in Management from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, where he graduated as a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honors Society.
Sanjiv is on the Board of Trustees and IC of Singapore Management University (SMU), the SMU Enterprise Board, the Board of Directors and Chairman of Audit and Risk committee of National University Health System (NUHS) and the investment and Audit Committees of the Ministry of Health Holdings (MOHH) of the Government of Singapore.
